Cancellation Policy
Cancellation/Reschedule Notice: You need to inform the salon at least 24 hours before your appointment time. Late Cancellations: Less than 24 hours' notice usually results in a charge, often 50% of the service fee. No-Shows: Missing your appointment without notice generally incurs a 100% charge. Late Arrivals: Arriving late can lead to shortened service time or cancellation as a no-show.
