Cancellation Policy
Cancellation/Reschedule Notice: You need to inform the salon at least 24 hours before your appointment time. Late Cancellations: Less than 24 hours' notice usually results in a charge, often 50% of the service fee. No-Shows: Missing your appointment without notice generally incurs a 100% charge. Booking Fees/Deposits: Many Clinics require a non-refundable deposit to secure your spot, which is then deducted from the total cost. Late Arrivals: Arriving late can lead to shortened service time or cancellation as a no-show. Communication: Confirm the accepted methods for cancellations (phone or text on WhatsApp) to avoid being charged.
